Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the customization of the packages and products, processing time will vary depending on the effort required to fulfill each service request. You will be notified upon completion of service and sent an invoice of the details concerning your service order, including the final payment (other half of deposit) required before shipping. Once payment is received, orders will be shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on if the payment was received after normal business hours.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 We offer $4.00 flat rate shipping to US.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at battlelegacy@sproutingseedsllc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
